Honestly this can mostly be achieved by lowering gamma and increasing contrast in the ingame settings. I did so ages ago and the "after mod" part looks exactly like my game does without it. I appriciate the effort either way, but this isn't better graphics, this is just color warmth preference. This looks neat.
