The HDR-FOX T2 was first available in August 2010. The HDR-FOX T2 boxes had an update to iPlayer version 3. At the time of the roll out version 3 was the newest version, but now it is an 'old' version. The version currently being rolled out to other devices is iPlayer version 4. There is no point in updating to the latest firmware as the custom firmware includes the iplfix package which basically preinstalls what the official firmware does. The only reason I asked was because the official firmware was dated 2021 where as the iplfix was dated 2020. Also the customer firmware was dated 2017. Try a different HDMI port on the amp and/or new cable.
